We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you order a holster with standard options (listed on the order form) and color (black) and do not like it we will replace it with a different product or refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. If you have requested a holster built to your custom specifications or color and do not like it then we will not accept it for a refund, Please be sure of the specifications before you order your holster.
Shipping
We ship completed orders on a daily basis. We only use USPS for our shipping. You will receive a tracking number on every order we ship.
